Andina is a Senior Associate of the Firm. She holds a Law Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in Indonesia (2007). Prior joining Wiriadinata & Saleh in 2013, she worked as an in-house counsel at certain prominent finance companies in Jakarta. Currently, at the Firm, her practice areas are focusing on Banking, Project Finance and Restructuring, M&A and Privatization, and Energy & Natural Resources. She has been assisting Partners of the Firm in Banking and Project Finance transactions, Foreign Investment, M&A, and general corporate matters.
Andina has been listed as one of the “Indonesia Rising Stars 2023” published by legal publication Asian Legal Business of Thomson Reuters that highlights the country’s top up-and-coming lawyers who are delivering exceptional performance.
