Jacyntha is an Associate of the Firm. She holds a Law Degree from Pelita Harapan University in Indonesia (2019). Currently, Jacyntha focusing on Corporate, M&A and Energy & Natural Resources practice areas. Jacyntha also has provided general corporate advisory services in diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Health, Information Technology and Communication industries. She has been assisting Partners, Senior Associates and Associates of the Firm in certain Energy and Natural Resources transactions, particularly in Oil and Gas, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.
Jacyntha has been selected to share her inspirative story with theme of “the Future of Woman Lawyers: Preparing for Technology’s Next Level” held by Hukumonline’s NeXGen Lawyers 2023.
