Ms. Tamiza Saleh is the Lead Partner of the Firm. She holds a Law Degree from Trisakti University in Indonesia (1988) and a Post-Graduate Degree in Business from the Graduate School of Business, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia (1991). Before joining the Firm in 1993 she was responsible for the legal department of a private commercial bank in Indonesia. She has been a partner of the Firm since 1996.

Ms. Saleh has strong expertise in the areas of banking, project finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, aviation and automotive. Some of her major transactions include the financing of a coal-fired power generation project in East Java, Indonesia, the offshore financing and international offering of secured notes for the financing of a geothermal power plant in Indonesia, the merger of four state owned banks into a largest Indonesian state owned bank, the debt restructuring of a major national flag carrier airlines company, the Murabaha (Islamic) financing to a major Indonesian telecommunication provider by a syndicate of commercial lenders for the purchase of telecommunication equipment and the global acquisition of the holding company of an Indonesian joint venture insurance company by a major Japanese insurance company. She holds a license as Authorized Capital Market Legal Consultant issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
